Leuchars pharmacy application

An application has been made to open a pharmacy in Leuchars Post office. If this is successful, under current regulations, the surgery would be forced to stop dispensing in BOTH surgeries.

If this occurs it would make both surgeries in Leuchars and Balmullo unviable and one of those surgeries would have to close. At present there are three thousand seven hundred patients that would be affected by this.

Petitions have been set up in various outlets in Leuchars as well as both Doctors Surgeries.

YOU CAN HELP fight this threat by signing those petitions.

If the surgery was to close down inhabitants of Leuchers would have to then travel over to St.Andrews for Medical Assistance? Let the Post Office keep to the POST and the Medical Centre to the MEDICAL?..

Is there an online peition or do we have to go into the surgery to sign it?
