Cadets enrolled in Leuchars ATC

Twelve new recruits have been formally enrolled as members of 2345 (Leuchars) Squadron Air Training Coprs by Squadron Padre, Rev. Dr. James Connolly. The latest recruits, who have joined the Squadron in the past year, also received enrolment certificates from Squadron Commander Flight Lieutenant Lorraine Bidgood, watched by their fellow cadets and staff, family, friends and the congregation of Wormit Parish Church.

The cadets are now looking forward to the Squadron programme, which over the next few months includes indoor rock climbing, flying, leadership training, football and hockey as well as the opportunity to attend summer camps and adventure training weekends.

...

The ATC is open to young people aged 13-20, and further information can be found on the website www.aircadets.org or by contacting Squadron Leader Eddie Carr on (01334) 839471, ext. 7847.
